Kim – AI Installation (Linux)

We handle the complete installation for you. Kim runs directly on your OFORK server and can be integrated without interrupting daily operations.

Note: Your hard drive requires approximately 25 GB of free space for Kim.
Your server must have at least 32 GB RAM and at least 4 CPU cores.
  • We log in to your computer via TeamViewer, and you provide us with a PuTTY connection to your OFORK server.
  • No additional server is required. Kim runs on your OFORK server.
  • The installation will take several hours. During this time, your OFORK system will continue to run without interruption.
    Occasionally, the Apache server may be restarted, but this only takes a few seconds.
    It is possible that agents may need to log in again afterwards.
Note: If you decide to operate your own GPU server, you can easily connect multiple OFORK instances to Kim.
A dedicated GPU server requires at least an NVIDIA® A10 GPU, 128 GB RAM and 16 CPU cores.
Which data and information we need from you in advance:
  • If there are certain features you do not want, please let us know. We will customize Kim according to your requirements.
  • For the chatbot (customer support), we need a list of questions and answers on the topic Kim should respond to.
    If desired, also links to images and/or guides. We are happy to help you create this list.
  • For ticket qualification, we need a list of the desired filters.
    You can also create and/or edit these yourself in the OFORK admin area. We are happy to assist you in creating the filters.
